Board of Directors

The ASA is governed by a Board of Directors in accordance with the association's constitution and by-laws.

The Board is supported by two formal sub-committees:

The ASA's Board of Directors consists of:

Up to seven member sonographers who are elected by members
Three Non-Executive Directors with complementary skill sets who are appointed by the Board.

The Board of Directors also appoints the President and Vice-President.

Director terms are for three years, with a maximum of three successive terms.
